How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to the personal care nature of our items, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Do you test your products on animals?
No, Just Herbs is a strictly cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
Is it safe to use these products on sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated to be gentle, but since they contain potent botanical extracts, we always recommend performing a patch test on your inner elbow 24 hours before full application.
